Steven Gringlas is the Director and Photographer at Picos Media, an agency he founded and has expertly guided to become a leader in the creative sector. A graduate of Swinburne University of Technology with Honours in Communication Design, Steven has garnered a decade of substantial experience across various facets of the industry. Under his leadership, Picos Media has flourished, engaging with over 150 businesses to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across Australia. His role involves overseeing a team of eight creatives specialising in photography, videography, graphic design, media buying, and copywriting, ensuring excellence and innovation in every project from inception to completion.

In addition to his accomplishments at Picos Media, Steven is also the entrepreneur behind Yellow Desk, a coworking space designed to foster collaboration and innovation among freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. His business acumen further extends to his previous role as Co-Founder and Director of Venue Safe, a SaaS business successfully acquired by Mr Yum in 2021. Steven’s expertise not only spans technical and creative domains but also encompasses strategic growth planning and business development, making him a pivotal figure in cultivating workplace culture and steering project successes.
