The problem
Scaling Giveaway Frequency: Horsey People initially aimed to run one giveaway per month but quickly wanted to increase this to biweekly campaigns. Doubling the frequency meant halving the time available to create the same—or even more—assets.
Demand for Creative Assets: Each giveaway required a variety of creative materials, including EDM's, static images, animations, and videos in multiple aspect ratios. Meeting this demand while maintaining quality was challenging, especially as learnings during live campaigns often required ad-hoc adjustments to creatives.
Operational Challenges: Managing two giveaways per month required twice the photoshoots to capture prize imagery and posed logistical challenges for all parties to remain on schedule amid a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
